The agreement between you and Aurelian Jets

Aurelian Jets ("Aurelian," "we," "us," or "our") operates as a private aviation brokerage and coordination service. We do not own, operate, or control aircraft. All flights are operated exclusively by independent, FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers that maintain operational control at all times.
Aurelian Jets facilitates access to private charter flights, empty-leg opportunities, and outcome-based planning services, including Guaranteed Arrival offerings. All services are subject to aircraft availability, operator approval, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints.
All service requests are reviewed manually. No booking, reservation, or obligation exists unless and until confirmed in writing by Aurelian Jets. Submission of a request does not constitute a guarantee of availability or service.
Guaranteed Arrival is a planning and coordination service focused on redundancy and contingency preparation. While we plan for alternative solutions in the event of disruptions, Guaranteed Arrival does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of transportation. Specific terms, limitations, and remedies are defined in the applicable service agreement provided at confirmation.
Pricing varies based on route, aircraft type, timing, availability, and operator terms. Empty-leg flights may be offered at discounted rates and are subject to change. Payment terms, including timing and method, are communicated with each confirmed service.
Cancellation and change policies vary by service type and operator and are outlined in your booking confirmation. Empty-leg services may be modified or canceled due to aircraft repositioning or operational requirements.
The operating air carrier retains exclusive operational control over all flights, including safety decisions, crew selection, passenger acceptance, and flight execution. Aurelian Jets acts solely as a broker and intermediary and does not exercise operational control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelian Jets shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, operational decisions, or acts or omissions of air carriers. Our liability, if any, is limited to the brokerage and coordination services we provide and shall not exceed fees paid directly to Aurelian Jets for the applicable service.
Services are available only to individuals and entities that meet applicable carrier, regulatory, and identification requirements. Passengers must comply with all operator policies, laws, and regulations.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules. Arbitration shall take place in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
